How far ahead should I book?
Ideally 2–4 weeks ahead, earlier for month-ends and summer. Short-notice moves are often still possible – just ask.
How much does a move cost?
It depends on volume, floor, lift access, distance and extras. After the free survey you receive a binding fixed price.
What does the handover guarantee mean?
We attend the flat handover. If the property manager flags anything, we re-clean immediately and free of charge – until the flat is accepted.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Just hand us the keys – on request we can represent you at the inspection, too.
Do you take on small jobs?
Absolutely. Hanging a single picture or fitting one lamp – that's exactly what our handyman service is for.
Are you allowed to do electrical work?
Yes. Installations requiring a permit are carried out by licensed electricians, including the safety certificate.
